Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetic and beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
